BLACK SUMMER WEEK 2025
Since 2021, the Chiba Lotte Marines have hosted their summer event, Black Summer Weekend.
In 2025, the event expanded to 16 games, not only at the home stadium ZOZO Marine Stadium but also including Tokyo Dome, under the title Black Summer Weekend 2025.
For the fifth consecutive year, JJP was responsible for the overall branding design, starting with the uniform design.
This year, with “turquoise blue,” “purple,” and “retro pink” as key colors, the concept captured the atmosphere of a retro summer night. The uniforms were carefully crafted down to the details, featuring an all-over palm tree pattern.
In addition to stadium branding, JJP also directed the image design for M☆Splash!! (the cheerleading team) and extended the visual branding to the adjacent Aeon Mall.
Furthermore, through a collaboration with the apparel brand Wind and Sea, we elevated the brand value of Black Summer Weekend even further.
By continually taking on new challenges, we have evolved the brand value built over the past five years and contributed to establishing Black Summer Weekend as a beloved event brand.
